At Brigo we care about you and in this policy we describe how we handle and process your personal data. We want you to feel calm and safe when you are in contact with us or use our services.
What is personal data and what does processing it involve?

Examples of personal data are name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, but also data such as IP address or user behavior in combination with other data that can be used together to identify you as a person are also personal data. Processing of personal data includes all handling of personal data, for example; collection, storage, analysis and registration.
Who is responsible for your personal data?
Brigo AB, organization number 556628-3544 at Kryptongatan 20 in Mölndal is the data controller for the processing of your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that the processing is done correctly and legally.
How does Brigo get your data?
We receive personal data about you when you;
- Sending emails to us
- When you send tickets to our customer service
- When you visit our website
- When you register on our customer or supplier portal
- When you order goods from us
- When you visit us
What are cookies?
We use so-called cookies on our websites. We do this to make the website work better and to recognize you when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that the web server stores on your computer and can then read, so that our websites can remember who you are when you click between pages.
Cookies cannot be used to access, read or otherwise modify any other information on your computer.

What type of personal data do we process?
We process the information you provide to us, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, purchase history and other information necessary for us to fulfill our commitment to you.
When you visit our website or use our customer and supplier portals on the Internet, we collect your IP address and time of visit. We also use Google Analytics to collect statistics and to improve our services and portals. We have video surveillance and you may therefore be recorded when you visit us or move around our premises.
Why do we process your data?
We process your data in order to;
- Be able to fulfill our commitments to you.
- They provide you with good service and well-functioning, efficient and simple services for cooperation.
- Manage and administer your questions and orders in our customer service.
- Be able to determine if your login details are being used by someone else.
- Preventing and investigating crime.
How is Brigo entitled to process your data?
Brigo is entitled to process the personal data required to fulfill our commitment to you or based on a documented balance of interests. We may also need to process your personal data due to requirements from other laws or regulations, such as the Accounting Act.
In the event that we do not have another legal basis for processing your personal data, we will ask for your consent. If this is the case, you will receive clear information about what you consent to.
Who has access to your personal data?
Your personal data is used by authorized Brigo staff and in some cases by our data processors. We do not disclose data unless we are required to do so by other laws and regulations, government decisions or to protect our rights or the rights of third parties.
Where is my personal data stored?
We strive to only process your personal data within the EU/EEA. In the event that we use services or products that involve your data being transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is only done in order to fulfill our commitments to you. In cases where this becomes relevant, we ensure that the processing of your data is done with an adequate level of protection.
How long do we save your data?
We do not save your data for longer than is necessary to fulfill our commitment to you or to meet the requirements of other laws and regulations, such as the Accounting Act.
We delete information after three years at the latest if it is not covered by the Accounting Act, which requires us to save seven years. Video surveillance is stored for three days.
How does Brigo protect your data?
We conduct continuous security work to protect our information systems. Therefore, we take all appropriate measures, both technical and organizational, that we deem necessary to protect your personal data.
For example, we use SSL to encrypt web traffic on our portals and your password entered on our portals is never saved in plain text and cannot be read by us or anyone else.
What rights do I have as a natural person?
In short, you have the following rights;
You have the right to access your data
We are open and transparent about how we process your personal data. If you want to know what information we hold, you can request an extract of the information. In order for us to know that it is the right person requesting the information, your request must be in writing, signed and contain your contact details.
You have the right to correct information
If your data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected, you can contact us at any time and request that we correct your data.
You have the right to be forgotten
You have the right to request that we delete your personal data. In some cases, we cannot delete all data because we have to comply with other laws and requirements, such as the Accounting Act. In some cases, it may be technically difficult to delete information and then we can instead change it so that it is anonymized.
You have the right to restrict
You have the right to request that our processing of your personal data be restricted.
You have the right to object
You may at any time object to the processing of your personal data that is not based on a legitimate interest of Brigo AB.
You have the right to transfer information
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to us. This information should be provided in a format that is commonly used and readable. You have the right to forward this information to another data controller.
