... so attention to detail is particularly important
We are passionate about creating experiences for our customers. Experiences that they, in turn, can offer to anyone who wants to enjoy their environments. Thanks to all the projects where we have manufactured cushions, pillows and furniture for outdoor environments, we know how to help optimize these experiences. We also know how to manufacture them to ensure unprecedented benefits for outdoor applications with high humidity, such as spas and hotel pools or just plain rain.
At Brigo, we always focus on the durability of our products. That means comfort, finish, design and longevity.
Protective visors made of plastic/polymer from biomass
We know that everything can be made in more than one way. That's why Brigo's concept is about carefully optimizing and constantly refining every part of the chain - from design and material selection to manufacturing process and distribution. By manufacturing the protective visors partly from plastic/polymer from biomass, we were able to not only provide critical equipment to the healthcare sector in a short time, but also to do so with a 44% lower carbon footprint than if we had used regular plastic.
Made from 88% renewable plastic/polymer from biomass. At 100,000 products manufactured, this translates into 76 tons of reduced CO2 emissions.
Varnish test
Made from 87% renewable plastic/polymer from biomass. At 10,000 products manufactured, this means 7 tons of CO2 emissions reduced.

...and of course we are certified
For an optimal use of each resource
Our project methodology puts people, planet and process at the center. And we love to constantly improve the way we do things, in line with our sustainability strategy, which is based on the three perspectives of social, environmental and economic sustainability. We measure and monitor every step of a project, and based on that we can optimize methods, flows and collaborations to ensure the quality we want to achieve. For us, it is never linear, but an ongoing dynamic journey.

Products that fill voids, that make people feel good, that push boundaries - products that we didn't even know existed, but soon won't be able to live without. At Brigo, we have the expertise and resources to make your products happen, from loose ideas, all the way to our customers around the world. What is your idea?
The result of a completely new store concept for a retail chain was a sharp increase in sales and 20% more efficient use of store space. Through new smart shelving systems and tools, we made it easier for both customers and staff to find the right products.
Brigos' DNA includes the ability to mobilize quickly and meet new, large-scale needs. When the pandemic hit with full force, it became clear to us how strong the connection is between societal functions and companies' ability to act. In three days, we developed a completely new protective visor and were able to deliver more than 14 million visors to the healthcare sector during the pandemic. That's the kind of flexibility and commitment that makes us an enabler.
Why continue using oil-based plastics when you can use plastics from sugar cane? The industry is currently undergoing a green revolution and we are part of it. Driven by curiosity, we are testing new materials and new combinations for tomorrow's sustainable products.
Through elaborate processes and smart digital tools, we can work completely customer order-driven - and we really mean 100%. For you as a customer, this means that we can fully adapt materials and manufacturing processes to your specific needs with quick changeovers and reduced waste. We give you insight so that you can participate and influence the production yourself; pause it or make adjustments, for example. This allows you to always be one step ahead in both service level and price to your customers. The right product, in the right place, at the right price, at the right time.
... to ensure traceability and optimize resource use

The comfort, the finish, the design - all signal the feeling of newness. With well thought-out processes, worn-out furnishings can be given a new lease of life at a relevant cost and with minimal environmental impact. Our concept can be applied to all types of removable interiors in boats, trains, public transportation and aircraft. We see opportunities where others might see obstacles and turn the old into something that feels brand new, with care for the wallet and the planet.
