Whistleblowing
Götessons Design Group (including Norco Interior, Götessons Industri, SIAS, David Design Scan Sørlie, and Brigo) strives to maintain a sound business culture, combat corruption and regulatory violations, and promote transparency.
So-called whistleblowers play a central role in governing the company's business ethics and internal policies.
Götessons Design Group’s whistleblower program is a reporting channel that is part of the Group’s efforts to prevent and detect misconduct and to protect whistleblowers. Anyone may file a report, including current or former employees, suppliers, subcontractors, job applicants, volunteers/interns, or other internal or external stakeholders.
Through this channel, whistleblowers can confidentially and anonymously report suspected violations or irregularities.

The reporting channel is a secure system provided by the independent firm KPMG AB. KPMG’s whistleblower service is completely separate from Götessons Design Group’s intranet and websites, and accepts reports 24 hours a day, year-round.
The person filing a report may choose to remain anonymous or provide their contact information to facilitate further inquiries. No registration or personal information is required to file a report, but such information facilitates the investigation and follow-up. To ensure anonymity, KPMG AB does not collect IP addresses or metadata. The system also protects the report itself and all information about the person(s) mentioned in the report.
Since 2021, the Board of Directors has approved a whistleblower policy and the associated procedure for handling cases.
The Whistleblower Committee at Götessons Design Group consists of:
- Helen Swedberg (E-commerce Manager)
- Stellan Bygård (ESG Manager)
- Tommy Torwald (Accent Equity)
